The APA Democratic Caucus may accept contributions from individuals, businesses, corporations, unions, PACs, or other legal entities. Contributions of $25 or more from individuals must be accompanied by address, occupation and employer name. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited, unless the contributor is lawfully admitted for permanent residency in the US. Contributions to the APA Democratic Caucus are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
